The “Request for Information” form, the “Request for Information to Exhibit” form and the “Request for Information to Speak” form, present on the Site are intended for the relevant departments of INFOPROMOTIONS to: inform you about its activity, provide you with a quote upon request, and/or process your request for information. The data is kept for the time necessary to manage the commercial relationship and process your request. It may be kept for a period of three years from its collection or the last contact from the visitor to the Site, unless agreed for a longer period. All data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or kept for compliance with a legal and/or regulatory obligation, may be subject to an archiving policy, and be kept for this purpose in accordance with the legal and/or regulatory provisions in force.
b. The “Badge & Visitor Area” form, present on the Site, is intended for the relevant INFOPROMOTIONS departments in order to (i) process your trade fair registration requests (ii) send you information concerning the events for which you have registered and/or your interests, (iii) and for INFOPROMOTIONS to send you direct email marketing concerning events similar to those relating to your registration or your interests.
This data is necessary for the management of your trade fair registration, without which INFOPROMOTIONS will not be able to satisfy your registration and badge request, and allows us to inform you about events corresponding to your registration and interests. They are kept for the time necessary to manage your trade fair registration and your request for information, and for commercial prospecting purposes, may be kept for three years from the end of the commercial relationship, unless agreed for a longer period. All data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or retained for compliance with a legal and/or regulatory obligation, may be subject to an archiving policy and retained for this purpose in accordance with the legal and/or regulatory provisions in force.
You may also receive commercial prospecting from exhibitors and/or speaking companies at the show, in the event that you have not checked the OPT OUT box available on the “Badge & Visitor Area” form.
The data you enter is necessary for the management and execution of your request(s), the management of your request for registration to the show and access badge and corresponds to the legitimate interest of INFOPROMOTIONS to present its activity, to manage your requests for registration to the show, as well as to your legitimate interest to inform you about the activity of INFOPROMOTIONS, and to benefit from the services it provides (participation in the show).
The data collected on the Site is exclusively intended for INFOPROMOTIONS, and/or any subcontractors it may use, in particular concerning the creation and management of the trade fair access badge and information emails about the trade fair, its exhibitors, its conferences and workshops.
They may also, where applicable, be intended for exhibitors and speaking companies at the workshops and/or conferences at the trade fair for which you have registered, in the event that you have not checked the OPT OUT box on the “Badge & Visitor Area” form.
In addition, during your visit to the show, if you agree that certain exhibitors scan your visitor badge, your personal data will be transmitted to these exhibitors and to the companies speaking at the workshops and/or conference, who will be, as data controllers, likely to send you commercial solicitations directly.
The data thus processed in relation to the Site remains within the territory of the European Union. Exceptionally, the data thus processed may be transferred outside the European Union to our service provider responsible for issuing badges and hosting data relating to the badges, provided that the country concerned benefits from an adequacy decision, or at the very least, that this transfer is governed by appropriate guarantees, such as standard contractual clauses, or the privacy shield, these guarantees being available upon request.
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, and where applicable, the right to data portability. You can request the limitation or object to the processing of your data, or where applicable, withdraw your consent. You can also define guidelines on the fate of your data within the meaning of Article 32, I, 6° of the Data Protection Act.
